Shipping policy
At Faith By Ty, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you will find all the details about our shipping process, including delivery times, costs, and tracking. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us; we are here to help.
1. Where We Ship:
We currently ship to the United States.
2. Order Handling Time:
Orders are processed within 1 – 2 working days. If you place an order after 5 PM, we will process it on the next business day.
3. Order Delivery Timeframes:
Standard shipping within the United States takes 5 - 7 working days.
4. Shipping Costs:
All orders delivered within the United States are eligible for free standard delivery. The amount displayed at checkout does not include any additional delivery fees.
5. Shipping Carriers:
Depending on the product type and destination, we may utilize different carriers (for instance, the local postal service or a private carrier appropriate for the package type).
When applicable, the carrier's name is included in the shipping confirmation email or on the order tracking page.
6. Tracking Your Order:
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
7. Delivery address
It is your responsibility to verify that the delivery address provided when placing the order is complete and accurate (name, number, street, postal code, city, additional information if needed).
In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address making delivery impossible or resulting in the return of the package, reshipment may lead to additional delays and, where applicable, reshipping fees.
If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@pieceofthepiewithty.com. If the order has already been shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
8. Damaged package or delivery anomaly
Upon receiving your package, we recommend checking the condition of the package and the products.
If the package is visibly damaged, you can refuse it from the carrier (where possible) and then contact us.
If you notice any damage or anomaly after receipt, contact us within a reasonable time with photos of the package and products so that we can open an investigation and find a solution.
9. Package marked "delivered" but not received
If your tracking indicates that the package has been delivered but you have not received it:

First check with people in your household or your neighbors;

Check with your usual post office or collection point;

Next, contact our customer service at admin@pieceofthepiewithty.com, providing your order number and, if possible, your tracking number.
We can then assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier.
10. Order cancellation before shipment
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing us with the subject line “Cancel My Order” and including your order number. If your request is received within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued.
Once 24 hours have passed, the order enters processing and cannot be canceled or modified. Shipping address updates are only possible before the order is shipped.
